Now celebrating its 25th year, this beloved event showcases the spectacular three-dimensional 1916 Maxfield Parrish Stage Set housed in the Plainfield Town Hall. Visitors can experience the mesmerizing original 1916 light show that brings the set to life—moving from dawn to dusk and every stage in between—while learning about the rich history of the stage set and the Town Hall itself.

The two-day event runs October 11–12, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at 1079 Route 12A in Plainfield, NH. This year, we are proud to partner with Saint-Gaudens National Historical Park for the Cornish Art Colony Weekend and with the Plainfield Historical Society, which will feature a special Cornish Art Colony display. Drive up Maxfield Parrish Highway (Rt 12A) from the Cornish Windsor covered bridge and make a stop at each place to experience a Cornish Art Colony experience.
